The building is considered a historical monument, so-called Stalinka with thick interior and exterior walls, very high ceilings and spacious appartments. Building has 2 entrances - front entrance from the main street and back entrance from the yard. Both entrances guarded by doors with digital code lock. Apartment front door is made of metal. The door has 2 locks for your safety. Apartment consist of 2 separate bedrooms and open plan kitchen with the hall. Open-plan kitchen entirely equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, gas cooker, microwave, electric kettle, tableware. Master bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200cm), mirror doors wardrobe, mirror, iron board with an iron. From this bedroom you can enter the balcony overlooking the main Avenue and Victory Square. The other bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x195cm) with 2 night stands, wardrobe. Bathroom has a big jacuzzi with hydro-massage with in-built shower, sink with mirror, WC pan and boiler for 50lt. There is a spacious open parking in the yard. As apartment is located in historical center, the building is illuminated from the street, that's why all windows in the apartment are decorated with in-built jalousie and dark heavy curtains.
