| Building entrance guarded by door with code lock. Apartment front door is made of metal and has 2 locks for your safety. Apartment consist of two bedrooms together, living room and kitchen. In the living room there is a big sofa bed (160x200cm), armchair, table and cabel TV. Master bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200cm), wardrobe, mirror. The other bedroom has a sofa-bed (140x195cm) with night stand. From this bedroom you can enter the balcony overlooking the main Avenue and hotel Yubileynaya. Bathroom has a big bathtub with in-built shower, sink with mirror. WC is separate. Kitchen entirely equipped with refrigerator, cooker with oven, electric kettle, tableware, table with 4 stools. There is a spacious open parking in the yard. The flooring is wooden and the flat is very cozy, warm and light. |
