| Large two room lux apartment located in the city center on Frunze dtreet, 3. During the day the studio is luminous and ventilated with its large picture window. Recently it was renovated in June 2006. Building entrance guarded by metal door with digital lock, observation camera and door intercommunication system. Apartment front door also made of metal and has 2 locks that why you can feel safe in apartment. Apartment is vast and consist of living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. In the living room, you will find a large transformable leather sofa bed (160x200cm) with little leather sofa, parquet floor, TV with 14 cable channels. Bedroom has a high quality double bed (160x200cm) and big two-leaved wardrobe. Bathroom with big bathtub and shower cubicle. Furthermore, the kitchen is entirely equipped (microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, crockery and so on). There is a big table with 2 chairs and 2 stools. The kitchen is open on the hall. Apartment just after renovate and was furnish with only new natural furniture. |
